If you're looking for a vegan massage oil, this one is 100% vegan. You can use it for long, sweeping massage strokes, alternating gentle caresses with firmer movements.

How to use it and look after it

1. If you want to warm it, pour the amount you plan to use into a small glass and leave it for five minutes in a container of hot tap water, at around 45 °C.
2. Spread the oil over your skin using long, sweeping strokes.
3. Direct your strokes away from the heart rather than towards it, for a more comfortable massage.
4. Alternate gentle caresses with firmer strokes and more pressure.

General tips
