Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you can return your order within 14 days.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging (for hygiene reasons)
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email is sufficient)
Your Legal Rights
If you are shopping from the United Kingdom or Ireland, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and that right sits on top of the policy above rather than being replaced by it. It covers items you have unpacked to examine them: the hygiene exception applies only to sealed goods once the seal has been broken. Our Terms and Conditions set it out in full.
If you are shopping from the United States, the 14-day window above is our own commercial policy, applied to every order.
How to Return
- Contact us at info@loviux.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened intimate products
- Products with broken hygiene seals
- Lubricants and cosmetics that have been opened
