1. General Information

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. The website is operated by HiLoud Solutions S.L. (Tax ID: B43990076), registered in Tarragona, Spain.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Age Requirement

This is an adult store. You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and to buy our products. By placing an order you confirm that you meet that requirement.

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are shown in EUR, with any applicable taxes displayed before you confirm your order
• We may change prices at any time without prior notice
• Product images are for illustration; the item you receive may differ slightly
• We keep stock information as accurate as we can, but availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your order

4. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed only when you receive our order confirmation email
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal
• We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud

6. Your Right to Cancel

Under EU consumer law as it applies in Ireland, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Tell us at info@loviux.com and we will refund what you paid, including the standard delivery cost of sending the goods to you, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. The cost of returning them is yours.

The law makes an exception we have to apply, given what we sell: sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once they have been unsealed. In practice this means intimate products, and lubricants or cosmetics, can only be returned unopened and with the hygiene seal intact. Everything else you may return in the condition you received it.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If what arrives is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us straight away at info@loviux.com. We arrange a free return and send you a replacement or a full refund, delivery included. Goods must match their description and be fit for purpose; you have a legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery, and nothing in these terms affects it.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to HiLoud Solutions S.L. and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, LOVIUX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the products bought through it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and disputes may be brought before the courts of Tarragona, Spain. As a consumer resident in Ireland, you keep the protection of the mandatory Irish consumer law that would apply anyway, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country.
