Can it be returned?
Yes, within the shop's withdrawal period. For hygiene reasons, anything unsealed after delivery can't be returned.

The story
Every box comes with a private guide in your language: a short story to help you try the products you receive, with care advice and information from the manufacturer. It arrives by email with a link just for you.
Terms
- You have 30 days from delivery to cancel your purchase, just as you do with the rest of our shop.
- For hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.
- If a product in your box isn’t right for you and is still sealed, we’ll exchange it for another of similar value; if you prefer, you can return it within those 30 days.
- Retail value is calculated using the prices in our shop on the day we prepare your box. If a product is out of stock, we’ll replace it with one of equal or greater value.
- We’ll respect your answers: if you tell us you have a latex allergy or that you’d prefer us to leave something out, we won’t include it.
- Dispatched in a plain box, with no logos or references to the contents.
