Step by step
How to use the They-ology 5-Piece
- Wash the trainer before you use it.
- Apply plenty of water-based lubricant, to the trainer and to yourself.
- Start with the smallest one and insert it slowly. The base always stays outside.
- Move on to the next one only when the previous one goes in without discomfort, ideally in another session.
- Remove it by pulling gently on the base.
Cleaning
Wash each trainer with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, rinse well and let them air dry before storing them.
