Cock Oil Collectors Edition Cock Oil Branded Drum With 25 Foil Packets

Cock Oil Collectors Edition is a water-based lubricant supplied in 25 single-use sachets of 0.25 oz each, which come inside a branded collector's tin. Cock Oil describes its formula as smooth and not at all sticky. What sets it apart is the packaging: the tin can be put on display or given as a gift, and each loose sachet can be taken on your travels or shared around without carrying a bottle.

Who it suits and who it doesn't

If you're after an original gift, the collector's tin does a good deal of the work and looks great displayed on a shelf. It suits anyone who travels often: slip a couple of sachets into your wash bag or wallet and you don't need to carry a whole bottle. If you'd like to try a water-based lubricant before buying a larger size, or share some out among friends, the single-use format makes sense.

If you avoid parabens or glycerin in your intimate products, this one isn't for you: its ingredients include methylparaben and glycerin.

Compatibility

• Base: It's a water-based lubricant.
• Skin: It contains glycerin, propylene glycol and, as preservatives, methylparaben and sodium benzoate; check the ingredient list if your skin reacts to any of them.

General tips

Common good practice for this type of product; these are not the manufacturer's instructions.

• Start with a small amount and add more when you need it; with a condom, apply it to the outside once the condom is on.
• Water-based lubes are absorbed as you go: if you notice it drying out, add a little more or a few drops of water to reactivate it.
• If you have sensitive skin, test a small amount on the inside of your arm first and wait a while before using it on intimate areas.
• A lubricant is not a contraceptive and doesn't protect against sexually transmitted infections.

Before first use, read the manufacturer's instructions that come with the product: they are the reference for its use, cleaning and safety.
