Description
With Condomerie Gas Mask, you get a novelty condom made from natural latex. You get each one made and painted by hand.
Who it suits and who it doesn't
It makes sense for you if you want a hand-painted novelty item, not a condom for protection.
Avoid it if you need a condom that prevents pregnancy or protects you against sexually transmitted infections.
How to use it and look after it
- Contains latex: do not use it if you are allergic to latex.
- It is not a contraceptive and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.
Compatibility
- Condoms: You should treat it as a novelty design: it doesn't replace a condom that offers protection.
- Lubricant: You can generally use water- or silicone-based lubricants with natural latex.
General tips
Common good practice for this type of product; these are not the manufacturer's instructions.
- Check the expiry date and keep them away from heat; in a wallet, friction wears them out.
- Open the wrapper with your fingers, never with scissors or your teeth, so you don't tear it.
- Pinch the tip as you put it on so no air is trapped, and roll it all the way down to the base on the erect penis.
- Use a new one every time you have sex and don't wear two at once: friction between them can make them tear.
- With latex condoms, no oils or oil-based lubes: they damage latex.
Our verdict
What sets this item apart for you is the hand-painted finish; its key limitation is that it offers no protection.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it prevent pregnancy or protect you against an STI?
No. You're looking at a novelty condom, not one designed for protection.
Can you use it if you're allergic to latex?
No. You shouldn't use it, as it's made from natural latex, which can cause an allergic reaction.
Can you keep it in your wallet?
You're better off not keeping this hand-painted condom in your wallet: friction in a wallet generally damages condoms.
Before first use, read the manufacturer's instructions that come with the product: they are the reference for its use, cleaning and safety.
