How to use the Mystim Magic Gloves
- Put on a pair of vinyl gloves first. They insulate your hands from the current.
- Put the Magic Gloves on top, making sure they don't go past the edge of the vinyl glove on your arm.

- Rest your hands on the area and only switch the current on when you can judge the intensity.
