Step by step
How to use the ElectraStim ElectraClamp
- Read the manual in the box before you use it for the first time.
- Put a little conductive gel on the contact points of the clamp.
- Attach it to an area of loose skin below the waist and adjust it until it feels comfortable.
- Connect it to the ElectraStim stimulator while the stimulator is switched off.
- Raise the intensity slowly from the stimulator.
Cleaning
Disconnect it, wipe the gel off the pads with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, dry it well and store it in its microfibre pouch.
Our tips
- Use it only below the waist, as the manufacturer states. Never near the chest or head.
- If you have a pacemaker or other electronic implant, are pregnant, have epilepsy or heart problems, talk to your doctor before using electro stimulation.
- Do not place it on damaged or irritated skin.
