Step by step
How to use the first vibrator kit
- Charge both before first use, with their USB cable: the Wave takes about 2 hours and the bullet about 3. The power adapter is not in the box.
- Switch them on by holding the button for 2 seconds, and switch them off the same way.
- Put water-based lubricant on the toy and on the clitoris. The more the better, says ROMP.
- Place the Wave over the vulva and clitoris and adjust it to your body. Press briefly to change intensity and pattern.
- Try the bullet on the clitoris, on the nipples or, with your partner, on the penis and testicles.
Cleaning
Both are washed with lukewarm water and toy cleaner, or in the bath. With the HOT BIO spray, rinse with water afterwards.
Warnings
- The bullet is not designed for anal use.
- Water-based lubricant only: do not use scented, silicone or alcohol-based lubricants with the bullet.
- Don't place the bullet directly over a pacemaker, and don't use it on swollen or irritated skin.
- Don't expose it to more than 45 °C. Charge the toys only with their cable.

What is known about vibrators and the clitoris
The studies we cite did not test this kit or its toys. What has been studied is how many women use a vibrator and the role of the clitoris in orgasm.
52.5% had used a vibrator, and having used one recently was associated with better scores in several aspects of sexual function.
36.6% needed clitoral stimulation to reach orgasm during intercourse, and another 36% said that, although not necessary, it made their orgasms better.
