Cleaning
We haven't been able to confirm how to clean it. We suggest wiping it with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then leaving it to air dry before you put it away. If it gets lubricant on it, clean it after every use.

- Adjust it so it isn't tight. You must be able to breathe and swallow comfortably.
- If you feel pressure on your neck, dizziness or a strained neck, take it off.
- Don't fall asleep wearing it.
