LELO Luna Smart Bead™ is a pelvic floor trainer that selects Kegel routines based on your movements. It has 5 progressive vibration levels, an extra vibration mode and a memory function that remembers your progress. It’s made from soft, biocompatible silicone, is submersible and runs on 1 AAA battery, which lasts for up to 200 routines.

Who it suits and who it doesn't

It’s a good choice if you want to do Kegel routines without having to choose each exercise yourself: the sensors respond to your movements and select a routine. You can use it in the bath if you like, as it’s submersible.

How to use it and look after it

1. Insert the included AAA battery.
2. Move around so the sensors can respond to your movements and the device can select a Kegel routine.
3. Carry on with the routines: the memory function remembers your progress.
4. Choose the extra mode if you want to use the vibration outside the routines.

Rinse it under the tap after use; it’s submersible. Store it in the included satin pouch.

Compatibility

• Lubricant: As it’s made from silicone, the general rule is to use water-based lubricant; silicone-based lubricant may damage its surface.
• Water: It’s submersible, so you can use it in the shower or the bath.
• Batteries: It runs on 1 AAA battery, included in the box, which lasts for up to 200 routines.

General tips

• Start at the lowest intensity and work up gradually: that way you'll find the rhythm you like sooner.
• If you won't be using it for a while, take the batteries out: this stops them corroding inside.
• A little water-based lube makes insertion easier.
• The first few times, it's best to keep sessions short; increase the time as you feel comfortable.
• Wash it after every use with lukewarm water and mild soap, or with a toy cleaner, and dry it thoroughly before putting it away.
• Keep it clean and dry, away from heat and sunlight, in a fabric pouch or its box and apart from other toys: some materials react when they touch and become stained or misshapen.
• If you share it, wash it between one person and the next, or cover it with a new condom for each person.
