Who it suits and who it doesn't
If you want to tailor the sleeve to your size, you can trim it; Addicted Toys says it fits almost all sizes.
General tips
Common good practice for this type of product; these are not the manufacturer's instructions.
- Put a little water-based lube inside the sleeve before putting it on: it slides on more easily and rubs less.
- It should fit snugly without squeezing: if you notice coldness, tingling or pain, or the skin changes colour, take it off.
- A sleeve is not a substitute for a condom: it doesn't prevent pregnancy or protect against sexually transmitted infections.
- Wash it inside and out with lukewarm water and mild soap after each use, and let it dry completely before putting it away.
- Keep it clean and dry, away from heat and sunlight, in a fabric pouch or its box and apart from other toys: some materials react when they touch and become stained or misshapen.
How it differs
- Toyjoy Extension Sleeve TPE Medium 16 cm: Addicted Toys Extend Your Penis 18 cm measures 18 cm in total and lets you adjust the fit by trimming it; Toyjoy Extension Sleeve TPE Medium 16 cm measures 16 cm and is available in three sizes. The first is a good choice for you if you want to trim it to fit; the second, if you’d rather choose a size.
Our verdict
Trimming it to fit is practical, but the “33% wider” claim doesn’t tell you how much extra thickness it adds without knowing what it’s being compared with.
