How to use the Pipedream Spread 'Em
- Put the cuffs on your wrists or ankles and adjust them.
- Find your position: the bars keep your arms or legs apart, and the cuffs swivel on their mounts, so there is some freedom of movement.
- Remove the nylon strap if you want to try other positions.
Cleaning
We haven't confirmed the manufacturer's cleaning instructions, so this is our own advice. Wipe the bars and cuffs with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then remove the soap with another damp cloth. Dry the bars and let the neoprene air dry completely before you put it away in the case.
