Who is behind Loviux and how we work
Loviux is an online adult store that Antonia Gómez founded in 2009. Today two people run it, Antonia Gómez and Josep Purroy, with help from an artificial intelligence we call Lova. We sell in 24 countries and 18 languages.
What we decide
Which products come into the catalogue and which leave it, what they sell for, the shipping and returns terms, and how each problem with an order gets solved. Also any spending, any refund and any agreement with another company. We check health claims against published studies, and Antonia reads and signs the usage tips on the product pages.
What Lova does
Lova helps us with the work that never ends in a store that sells in 24 countries. It writes and translates the product pages, guides and comparisons from manufacturer data and the studies we cite. It keeps an eye on orders, payments and website errors at any hour. It answers in the store chat and helps with customer email. When something is unclear, it asks us before acting.
Who signs what you read
Guides and comparisons say that Lova wrote them and that the team reviewed them. The usage tips on product pages are signed by Antonia, and her name only appears while the text is exactly the one she approved: if it changes, the signature comes off until she reads it again.
Why we tell you this
Because we would rather explain how the store is made than pretend every text was written by a copywriter. If you see something that is not right, write to us at info@loviux.ie and we will fix it.
