LELO HEX Original 12 Pack350 hexagons inside.
The latex is 0.055 to 0.060 mm thick, according to the manufacturer. The outside is smooth and the inside has the hexagonal texture, designed so the condom slips less. They come with some lubricant, the latex smell is neutralised and the wrapper is easy to open.

The essentials
LELO HEX Original 12 Pack: what you need to know before you buy
Is it for you?
Who the LELO HEX Original 12 Pack is for, and who it isn't for
It suits you if…
- You want a thin latex condom, 0.055 to 0.060 mm.
- A nominal width of 5.4 cm suits you.
- You want a texture inside and a smooth outside.
- You prefer them to come already lightly lubricated.
Better look elsewhere if…
- You have a latex allergy: they are made of natural latex.
- You use oil-based lubricants or oils: they damage latex.
- You need a wider fit. Take a look at the Mister Size 60, at 6 cm.
- You want a bigger box. There is the 36 pack.
Step by step
How to use the LELO HEX Original
- Open the wrapper with your fingers, not with teeth or scissors, so you don't tear the condom.
- Check which way round it is: the rolled rim should be on the outside.
- Pinch the tip to leave room with no air in it, and place the condom on the erect penis.
- Roll it down to the base. If you want more lubricant, use a water-based or silicone-based one.
- When you finish, hold it at the base and withdraw before the erection goes down.
After use
It is single-use. Afterwards, tie a knot in it and put it in the bin, never down the toilet.
Our tips
- Use a new one every time you have sex and don't wear two at once.
- Don't use it with oils, petroleum jelly or greasy creams: they damage latex.
- Before opening it, check the expiry date and that the wrapper is intact.
- If you notice itching or irritation, stop using it: it could be a latex allergy.
- Store the rest in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
