Our usage tips
How to use the ElectraStim Flick EM60-M
- Charge it with the USB cable included before you use it for the first time.
- Connect the pads, the electrode or the rings to the stimulator with the 2 mm connection cable.
- Apply conductive gel to the electrode or the rings, on the part that touches your skin. The kit includes a 60 ml tube.
- Start at the lowest intensity and raise it one level at a time until it feels comfortable.
- Try Flick mode: move the controller with your wrist and the stimulation will follow that rhythm.
Cleaning
Clean the electrode, rings and pads after every use following the instructions supplied, dry them well before connecting them again and keep everything in its bag.

- Use it below the waist only. Never on the chest, neck or head.
- Do not use it if you have a pacemaker or another electronic implant, or if you have heart problems.
- Do not place it on irritated or broken skin.
- Stop if you feel pain, burning or redness of the skin.
